Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Please note that shipping speed selected at checkout applies to transit time once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and does not shorten processing or fulfillment times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping availability for additional regions may vary.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email if an email address was provided during checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during select promotions or order minimums. Eligibility requirements and shipping methods will be outlined at checkout when applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it, including changes to shipping addresses, products, or quantities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
Francois Naturals is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
f your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and include photos of the damaged packaging and products when possible.
Francois Naturals is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues once tracking information has been provided.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Because our products are handmade and may contain oils, butters, and other natural ingredients, products may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.
Please ensure packages are delivered to a secure location where they can be brought indoors promptly.
Minor changes in texture or appearance caused by temperature fluctuations do not affect the intended use or quality of the product.
