Please note that expedited shipping options apply only to carrier transit time and do not shorten order processing or fulfillment times.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during select promotions or order minimums.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items or packaging when possible.
Francois Naturals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, scent, and appearance may occur naturally.
We provide ingredient information whenever possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining whether products are appropriate for their individual needs or sensitivities.
Because every individual’s skin and hair may respond differently, Francois Naturals does not guarantee specific results from the use of any product.
We recommend performing a patch test before introducing any new skincare or haircare product into your routine.
If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
